Your order is confirmed\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo confirm your project and reserve your production slot, an \u003cstrong\u003einitial payment of at least 25% of the total order amount\u003c\/strong\u003e is required.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis initial payment acts as a \u003cstrong\u003edeposit\u003c\/strong\u003e: it confirms your order and commits both parties.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUpon receipt of the deposit, your order is recorded and added to my production schedule.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e2. Your figurine is created\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce the order is confirmed, I will create your figurine according to the characteristics agreed upon with you: model, size, version, colors, and any customizations.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI will keep you informed of your project's progress and can send you photos as it is being created.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe production time is indicated at the time of ordering. It is generally between \u003cstrong\u003e4 and 12 weeks\u003c\/strong\u003e, depending on the project and my workload.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e3. You pay the balance when your figurine is finished\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen your figurine is finished and ready for shipment, I will contact you to inform you that your order is finalized.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou can then pay the \u003cstrong\u003eremaining balance due\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere is \u003cstrong\u003eno automatic debit or order with a deposit, you confirm the project characteristics, the agreed price, as well as the payment and production terms indicated during ordering.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe deposit corresponds to a portion of the total price and constitutes a \u003cstrong\u003edown payment (acompte) in a legal sense\u003c\/strong\u003e, not a forfeit (arrhes).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs the order is made according to the characteristics agreed upon with the customer, the conditions applicable to any potential cancellation or withdrawal depend in particular on the nature of the goods ordered and the applicable legal rules.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor figurines made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized, the legal right of withdrawal provided for distance contracts does not apply, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis exclusion applies only when the legal conditions for its implementation are effectively met.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eIn case of cancellation or non-payment\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe deposit confirms the order and commits both
