Reserve your custom figurine with a deposit

Would you like to order a custom figurine but prefer to spread the payment over several weeks?

I offer a two-part payment solution, specifically adapted for orders fulfilled over several weeks.

The principle is simple: an initial payment upon ordering to reserve your project, then the balance once your figurine is finished and ready to be shipped.

How does the two-part payment work?

1. Your order is confirmed

To confirm your project and reserve your production slot, an initial payment of at least 25% of the total order amount is required.

This initial payment acts as a deposit: it confirms your order and commits both parties.

Upon receipt of the deposit, your order is recorded and added to my production schedule.

2. Your figurine is created

Once the order is confirmed, I will create your figurine according to the characteristics agreed upon with you: model, size, version, colors, and any customizations.

I will keep you informed of your project's progress and can send you photos as it is being created.

The production time is indicated at the time of ordering. It is generally between 4 and 12 weeks, depending on the project and my workload.

3. You pay the balance when your figurine is finished

When your figurine is finished and ready for shipment, I will contact you to inform you that your order is finalized.

You can then pay the remaining balance due.

There is no automatic debit or fixed monthly installment: the second payment simply takes place when your figurine is ready.

The figurine is then prepared and shipped once the full agreed-upon price has been paid.

• The total amount to be paid remains the one agreed upon at the time of ordering: no additional fees will be added during production.

Why work with a deposit?

A custom figurine requires several stages of work: resin printing, preparation, assembly, corrections, and painting.

The deposit allows to:

• Confirm your order
• Reserve a production slot
• Plan the time required for your project
• Start the creation of your figurine
• Allow you to spread the payment over several weeks, with the balance paid only when your figurine is finished

The deposit is therefore not a simple temporary payment: it serves to definitively confirm the order and trigger its production, subject to the legal rules applicable to the contract.

Commitment related to the order

By validating an order with a deposit, you confirm the project characteristics, the agreed price, as well as the payment and production terms indicated during ordering.

The deposit corresponds to a portion of the total price and constitutes a down payment (acompte) in a legal sense, not a forfeit (arrhes).

As the order is made according to the characteristics agreed upon with the customer, the conditions applicable to any potential cancellation or withdrawal depend in particular on the nature of the goods ordered and the applicable legal rules.

For figurines made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized, the legal right of withdrawal provided for distance contracts does not apply, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

This exclusion applies only when the legal conditions for its implementation are effectively met.

In case of cancellation or non-payment

The deposit confirms the order and commits both parties.

Consequently, a cancellation or refusal to continue payment cannot be treated as a simple cancellation without consequences.

If the customer interrupts payment or fails to pay the scheduled balance, the applicable consequences are those provided for by these terms and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV), particularly depending on the state of production progress.

When a custom order has already undergone production, preparation, or customization work, these elements are taken into account in the settlement of the situation.

I also reserve the possibility of suspending production in the event of non-payment, until the situation is regularized.

A custom order, created for you

Before production begins, your order summary specifies, among other things:

• The chosen model or character
• The size
• Any variants or customizations
• The total agreed-upon price
• The amount of the first payment
• The amount of the remaining balance due
• The estimated production time

This way, you know the precise terms of your order before confirming it.
